Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  • 2years experience in related foeld.
  • Diploma of Accounting (LCCI – III passed)
  • Must be honest and hard working
  • Ability to manage all transactions are correct
  • Able to manage time effectively
  • Good communication skill
  • Ability to handle ad hoc issues
  • Require basic computer skill (Word, Excel)
  • Basic English 4 skills
  • Experience in banking transaction is preferable

Job Requirements

  • Encoding of cash receipts and payments transactions in Exact software
  • Accept cash & issue # OR to employees’ excess of cash advances
  • To prepare # OR for collection of service fees from distributors.
  • Record the petty cash transactions
  • Request for replenishment of petty cash fund
  • Clerical works (printing, copying, filing, arranging of documents to be neat & tidy)
  • Reconciliation of outstanding payments Vs disbursements
  • Go to bank in urgent need
  • Distribution of payroll for casual employees at office
  • Cash handling and recording the cash in and out transactions of Treasury Vault
  • Disbursement of operating expenses to employees (CA, REM, RVF, Rental fee, additional entitlement to casuals & outsources) & some supplier payments

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
