Job Description
- Review various expense (Such as, Vehicle Insurance Cost, Vehicle License Renewal Costs, Fuel Filling Charges,R&M costs,
- Toll Fee Charges) for accuracy and completeness.
- At least 2 years of work experience.
- To check and record the fuel consumption of vehicles, estimate the weekly fuel consumption and prepare payments.
- Collecting trucking charges from outsource customers and submitting the cash collected to the finance Department.
- Responsible for holding and controlling toll fee charges for Operations.
- Maintain petty cash vouchers and clear expenses.
- Ensure accurate processing of all Repair and Maintenance Vouchers, including proper approvals and avoidance of duplication. To record and collect daily truck locations,loading and unloading statuses in real time.
- Collaborate with the operations team to facilitate timely payment processing.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Budget Controling
- Undertake any other duties and functions assigned by the trucking manager.
Job Specification
- Any Bachelor Degree Holder.
- Must have at least 2 year at logistics company.
- Must be able to accurately handle the accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and good experience in transportation field is preferred.
- Must have good communication skills and be able to work with departments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, relationship-building skills, and the ability to collaborate with CEO and Government Sectors.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
