Job Description
• Ensure full and correct POSM coverage (signage, posters, light boxes, demo tables, shelves, etc.) in assigned retail outlets
• Monitor POSM installation quality, condition, and placement according to approved standards.
• Coordinate POSM deployment replacement and removal as required
• Provide clear guidance and direction to regional teams, promoters, and merchandisers on standard display guidelines.
• Ensure all shops maintain brand-compliant display layouts cleanliness, and visibility.
• Conduct regular market visits to check and maintain shop displays.
• Support shop re-branding, renovation, and campaign setups
• Regional & Nationwide Coordination
• Work closely with regional teams to align on visibility standards and execution plans.
• Share market insights and recommendations to continuously improve visibility quality.
Job Requirment
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (any major),
• Relevant professional certificates will be an advantage.
• Must have minimum 2-4 years of experience in retail visibility, POSM, merchandising, or field marketing.
• Good in English 4 skills (at least conversation level) and Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills good personality and good team work skills
• Preference will be given to those who can work long-term & can start work immediately.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday(Need to attend first and last Saturday of monthly)
