Job Requirements

Any graduate, plus Dip or Certificate in Supply Chain & Logistics or Business Administration
Minimum years of working experience in a similar role with at least 3 years of experience in Food Industry.
Experiences in working with MIT, ERP or any system
Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Email & PowerPoint
Good command of written and spoken English
Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory & logistics way management
Good in interpersonal skills (Communication, leadership, problem solving, positive attitude)

Job Description

To manage all main warehouse & logistics functions.
Ensure weekly, monthly inventory report for both system MIT, ERP Software & Excel file.
Oversee & manage logistics ways for transporting products to customers.
Supervise timeliness of scheduled delivery ways.
Track inventory levels & expiry products.
Keeping a stock control system up-to-date and planning future capacity requirement.
Communicate and collaborate with Sales Team for Delivery.
Effectively monitors flow of goods & implements FIFO methods.
Perform monthly Manual Stock Count Working Day.

Working Hours: 8:30AM ~ 5:00PM

Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
