Job Descriptions

  • Effectively and Efficiently Manage on Good Receiving process which received from 3rd Party Logistics Partners.
  • Laise with Admin and Accounting Team for the damage or shortage of Good Receiving.
  • Timely communicate with Brand and Accounting for the Stock Conditions
  • Work closely with Brand Managers for the slow-moving Products and Aging Products
  • Plan and Implement Warehousing and inventory management with safety measurement, appropriate storage of tools/equipment, accurate and efficient stock locations for effective storing and picks for delivery.
  • Timely arrangement for the Issuing Products to various channels with the accuracy.
  • Support promotion and marketing event programs in all delivery matters following approved promotion and agreed SLA.
  • Conduct stock counts monthly and Room Surprise Check occasionally
  • Figure out the different items after stock counts and submit Finalize report
  • Arrange Reconciliation for Deficit and surplus stock against order
  • Monitor and manage proper documents for stock request and dispatch.
  • Manage day to day Warehouse operations and lead the team members for Smooth Operation
  • Develop Systematics Warehouse Procedures

 

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate.
  • Have same experiences in Warehouse Management at least 5 Years.
  • Software and Computer Skill is required.
  • Good Teamwork skill, Leadership skill and Job allocation skill.
  • Good at organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Logical Reasoning and Numerical skill.
  • Motivate a workforce and encourage team members.

 

Working Hours: 8:30:AM – 5:00PM

Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
