Job Descriptions
- Supervise and monitor daily warehouse inventory activities.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP or inventory management software.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Develop and implement inventory control policies and SOPs.
- Plan warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and safety.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams on stock forecasting.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff.
- Monitor goods receiving, storage, and dispatch procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
- Prepare regular inventory and warehouse performance reports.
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP/WMS software.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Working Hour: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Gazette holiday
