Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control methodologies.
- Excellent Computer Skill.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Job Descriptions
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities.
- Manage freight and carrier relationships for inbound and outbound logistics.
- Train, supervise, and schedule warehouse staff.
- Foster a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
- Assist in preparing and managing the warehouse operational budget.
- Report to CEO.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
