Job Description

Tele Sales call and service promotion: 30/Acs per days (New Account :20 /Regular :5).
Target sales visit or online meeting: 10/Acs per week
Create the potential customer 5/Acs per week and prospect customer 5/Acs per week.
Target Package Account: 2/Acs per month
Prepare and send Quotation/Contract to customer and follow up to secure shipments.
Closely Monitor assign budget and target.
Keep in touch with all types of market trend and share and reporting the relevant information to all mktts and management.
Trace the shipment from starting point to end point until cargo delivery solving problem between customer & operation requirement.

Reporting

Prepare weekly marketing plan in Daily Bkg Report
Update Daily Booking for Firm/Effected/Prospect (Daily)
Update Booking Confirmation data in Daily Bkg Report once shipment confirm from customer
Weekly meeting with HOD for team performance and secure the business.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM

Holidays: Saturday, Sundays & Public holidays
