- အသက် (၁၈) မှ (၃၀) နှစ်အတွင်း ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ပစ္စည်းအဝင်အထွက်စာရင်း ကိုင်တွယ်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
- အကျင့်စာရိတ္တကောင်းမွန်၍ ရေရှည်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ဂိုထောင်လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- ပေးအပ်သောတာဝန်များအား ကျေပွန်စွာထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
- ဒဂုံဆိပ်ကမ်းမြို့နယ်တွင် အလုပ်ဆင်းနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
