- အကျင့်စာရိတ္တကောင်းမွန်၍ ပေးအပ်သောတာဝန်ကိုကျေပွန်စွာ ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အဖွဲ့အစည်းနှင့်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ရေရှည်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
