Job Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Age must be around 35 years old.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management
- Experience with inventory software or ERP systems.
- Proficient in MS (Word, Excel), Email & Internet.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Job Descriptions
- Receive all incoming materials, tools, and equipment from suppliers
- Verify quantity, description, and condition against purchase orders/delivery notes
- Inspect for damage and report discrepancies to supervisor
- Update receiving records and forward documentation to relevant departments
- Properly store items in designated locations using FIFO/FEFO systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Implement bin/location labeling system
- Stack and store items safely to prevent damage
- Issue materials to departments against approved requisitions
- Prepare tools/equipment for maintenance teams
- Pack and prepare outbound shipments
- Maintain issue records and obtain recipient signatures
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory
- Maintain accurate stock records in inventory system
- Report stock levels, shortages, and excess inventory
- Identify slow-moving/obsolete items
- Maintain all warehouse documentation
- Prepare daily/weekly stock reports
- Update inventory records
- Maintain filing system for easy retrieval
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
