Job Descriptions

Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of medical devices and consumables.
Ensure all products are handled and stored in compliance with MOHS, FDA Myanmar, GMP, and ISO standards.
Monitor proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, cleanliness, pest control) for sensitive medical equipment and consumables.
Maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management System (WMS) / ERP (e.g., Odoo, SAP) and conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits.
Prepare reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance, and product traceability for management and regulatory bodies.
Supervise and train warehouse staff in proper product handling, health & safety, and compliance with SOPs.
Implement and enforce workplace safety procedures (PPE, handling heavy equipment, emergency response).
Coordinate closely with Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure timely supply of products to hospitals, clinics, and distributors.

Job Requirements

Any Graduate, Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse/logistics experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of GSP, GMP, ISO 13485, and MOHS/FDA Myanmar regulations.
Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP (Odoo, SAP, etc.).

Under 50 years old.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
