Job Requirements
- Any Gradated .
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Ability to lift and move materials safely.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills for data entry (Excel, SAP preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
Job Descriptions
- Collect warehouse-related documents, including Delivery order (or) packing list, material requestion form and material return form.
- Inspect the main warehouse and site warehouse status including housekeeping, proper material allocation, material wastage condition.
- Inspect the physical ground stock per month.
- Ensure warehouse policies and procedures are followed.
- Daily Inventory Report.
- Daily In/Out Stock Report.
- Ground Stock Take Report2300.
- Weekly and monthly Stock Reconciliation Report.
- Expired/Damaged Stock Report (if applicable).
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
