Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in a perishable/FMCG/dairy environment.
- Strong understanding of cold storage operations and inventory management.
- Proficiency in warehouse software Microsoft Office or others.
- Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a cold environment and manage physical tasks as needed.
- Familiarity with HACCP, ISO, or other food safety systems is an advantage.
Job Discriptions
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching dairy products.
- Ensure adherence to cold chain management protocols to preserve product quality and safety.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Implement and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards.
- Lead and train warehouse staff on standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and compliance with health regulations.
- Manage stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to minimize product wastage and losses.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.
- Participate in periodic stock counts and audits.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
