Job Requirements
- Any Graduate with Inventory/Warehouse Management Certificate.
- Any Graduate with Logistics or Warehouse and/or Supply Chain Diploma.
- Minimum 3 or more years-experience in Distribution or Manufacturing Warehousing fields.
- Knowledge on Food Safety, GMP & GWP with awareness on HACCP
- Knowledge in Good Warehousing Practices
- Inventory monitoring skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Good Communication skills
- Good Computer skills
Job Descriptions
- Responsible in coordinating for the receiving, releasing and transfer of goods.
- Responsible for the effective use of storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage principles (FIFO/FEFO, wall clearance, etc.) and recommending improvements.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities and by conducting regular physical counts and reconciling variances.
- Monitors inventory levels and initiate request as may be necessary to ensure adequate supply of various materials needed to support the plant operation.
- Ensure timely update of inventory records and/or reports.
- Leads the warehouse personnel in maintaining a safe, secure, organized and sanitary warehouse environment.
- Evaluate the performance of warehouse personnel and provides or recommends training program to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- In charge of monitoring the identification, segregation, orderly storage and sale of recyclable materials.
- Have to follow Company rules and regulations, policy and procedures.
- Participates in company programs that will enhance job knowledge.
- Performs other tasks that may be required from time to time which assigned by SC Manager.
Working: 8:00AM to 4:30PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
