Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
- Any bachelor degree or relevant certification/diploma.
- Proficient in using warehouse systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Basic knowledge of software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local WMS).
- Strong communications, and organizational skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Descriptions
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure goods are stored properly, handled safely, and dispatched accurately.
- Monitor and improve warehouse workflow, productivity, and storage efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety across the warehouse.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies or damages.
- Monitor expiry dates (for perishable or sensitive items) and stock rotation.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of warehouse staff.
- Maintain records of all warehouse transactions including goods receipt, dispatch, returns, and transfers.
- Use warehouse management systems or Microsoft Excel to track generate reports.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Sunday & Gazette Holidays
