Job Descriptions

Oversee the receipt, storage location, retrieval, and dispatch of goods to ensure timely and accurate requirements.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of refrigeration systems, inventory level, temperature logs, equipment maintenance, and other critical equipment.
Train and supervise cold storage staff on handling procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use.
Assign duties to personnel, monitor performance, and address any operational issues.
Ensure first in, first out inventory practices are followed to prevent spoilage.
Investigate and resolve issues related to stock discrepancies, spoilage or equipment failures. Monitor energy usage and suggest efficiency improvements to reduce operational costs.
Optimize space utilization and improve storage layout to support operational efficiency.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Manager.
Cooperate with the team to improve ISO 9001 compliance and contribute as required.

Job Requirements

Must have a Logistics and supply chain management certificate.
At least 3-5 years of experience in the accounting field. Fork after driving skills are preferred.
Must have English and computer skills
Able to work under pressure and be a good team player with strong communication skills. Must comply with ISO 9001 standards

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM
Holidays: Saturday(half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
Benefit: Ferry will be provided
