Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
  • Any bachelor degree or relevant certification/diploma.
  • Proficient in using warehouse systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Basic knowledge of software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local WMS).
  • Strong communications, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Descriptions

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities including incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Ensure goods are stored properly, handled safely, and dispatched accurately.
  • Monitor and improve warehouse workflow, productivity, and storage efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety across the warehouse.
  • Investigate and report inventory discrepancies or damages.
  • Monitor expiry dates (for perishable or sensitive items) and stock rotation.
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of warehouse staff.
  • Maintain records of all warehouse transactions including goods receipt, dispatch, returns, and transfers.
  • Use warehouse management systems or Microsoft Excel to track generate reports.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM

Holiday: Sunday & Gazette Holidays
