Job Requirements
- Com, B.Act or Any Graduate Plus ACCA
- Accounting / Inventory / Warehouse ဆိုင်ရာ အတွေ့အကြုံ 3 နှစ်အထက်ရှိရမည်။
- Stock Control နှင့် Inventory Management အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေး။
- Advanced Excel အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
- Accounting Software အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- အသေးစိတ်ကို အာရုံစိုက်နိုင်သူ (Attention to Detail)
- Teamwork နှင့် Communication Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
Job Description
- Warehouse နှင့်ချိတ်ဆက်၍ Stock In / Stock Out စာရင်းများကို မှန်ကန်စွာ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း။
- Inventory Balance များကို စစ်ဆေးပြီး Physical Stock နှင့် ကိုက်ညီမှုရှိစေရန် ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
- Goods Received Note (GRN), Delivery Orders (DO), Invoice များကို စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
- Warehouse Team နှင့်ပူးပေါင်း၍ Stock Discrepancy များကို ရှာဖွေဖြေရှင်းခြင်း။
- Monthly / Weekly Inventory Reports ပြင်ဆင်တင်ပြခြင်း။
- Costing (COGS) နှင့်ပတ်သက်သော အချက်အလက်များ ပြင်ဆင်ပေးခြင်း။
- Accounting Entries များကို စနစ်တကျ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း။
- Internal Control Process များအတိုင်း လုပ်ကိုင်ခြင်း။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
