Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in HR & Administration or a related role
  • 
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, office management

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Job Descriptions

  • Check all staff attendance regularly.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviewing, etc.)
  • Handling administrative tasks, including office supplies management and vehicle maintenance.
  • Coordinating government office relations and ensuring timely compliance with regulatory requirements
  •  Employee discipline overlook.
  •  Branch visits.
  •  Arrangement of monthly meetings & meeting minutes.

Working Hours: 9:00AM – 5:30PM
Holidays: Sundays & Major Public Holidays
