Job Descriptions
- Prepare proforma invoice and sales contract and present to director or logistics manager for review
- Upon approval, apply export license via Trade Net and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare shipping documents and present to director or logistics manager for further process
- Maintain systematic filing for original shipping documents such as (Bill of Lading, Packing list and or Marine Insurance) in Cloud Server
- Communicate with operation team for shipping date and loading schedule
- Communicate with shipping agent for trucking and customs clearance process
- Prepare required documents to submit transportation insurance and coordinate with insurance company
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure sufficient insurance deposits for upcoming shipments
- Timely update the shipping schedule and shipping cost in Google Sheet or similar sheet
- Timely update Purchase Order, Receiving, Vendor Bill, Sales Order, Delivery and Invoice in the Odoo ERP system
- Ad hoc work
Job Requirements
- Any graduate or a diploma holder (prefer)
- English communication skills (Prefer)
- Strong organizational and communication abilities, Self-motivated and positive attitude, time management and prioritization skills
- Flexible to adapt to new challenges and ability work under pressure
- Proficiency in Email, Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and MS teams
- Prior experience in 2 years logistics field and sound knowledge of shipping methods and Myanmar Custom
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holiday : Saturday , Sunday and Public holidays
