Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in HR & Administration or a related role
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, office management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Job Descriptions
- Check all staff attendance regularly.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviewing, etc.)
- Handling administrative tasks, including office supplies management and vehicle maintenance.
- Coordinating government office relations and ensuring timely compliance with regulatory requirements
- Employee discipline overlook.
- Branch visits.
- Arrangement of monthly meetings & meeting minutes.
Working Hours: 9:00AM – 5:30PM
Holidays: Sundays & Major Public Holidays
