Job Requirements
• B.Arch.
• At least 3-5 years of experience.
• Software: Auto CAD, Sketchup or 3D max, Photoshop, V- ray
• Strong understanding of space planning, color theory and design principles.
Job Description
• Need to create 3D models based on Architect’s sketch or floor plan.
• Need to Create attractive 3D and graphic presentations for client.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, contractors and other project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, schedules and client communications.
• Create detailed interior design plans, including layout, furniture selections, color schemes and materials.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
