Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated.
  • Must have relevant experience about one year.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft and handle communications, meeting agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in visa applications.
  • Organize digital files, maintain records, and handle confidential information.
  • Maintain procurement documentation.
  • Support procurement process as if needed.
  • Good Communication Skills and Interpersonal skills.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturdays (Alternate), Sundays and Public Holidays
