Job Descriptions
- Supervise and lead QC inspectors to ensure quality standards are followed throughout production.
- Monitor and control the quality of raw materials, cutting, sewing, finishing and packing processes.
- Conduct Inline and final inspections to ensure products meet buyer requirements and international standards.
- Identify defects and provide effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain proper quality records and prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly reports for management.
- Work closely with Production, IE and QA teams to resolve quality issues.
- Train QC team members to strengthen inspection skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with factory SOP, buyer requirements.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree holder (Any discipline –Textile/ Industrial Engineering background preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QC/QA within garment industry.
- Strong communication skills in English or Chinese.
- Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards (Buyer SOP).
- Good communication, leadership skills.
- Problem –solving and decision –making ability in a fast –paced production environment.
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Responsible, systematic and team –oriented personality.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Above 30 years old candidates are preferred.
Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
