Job Requirements
• Preferred Degree holder or similar education or experience
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales Area and 2 years of Sales experience in construction materials sales
• Have strong leadership mindset and manage the any challenges with calm and fair manner; Able to meet the Target regardless of the situation Excellent understanding of sales procedures;
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies; Experience in customer relationship management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Willing to travel short visit to other Cities if necessary; Excellent to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
Job Descriptions
• Assist Team Leader/Manager in monitoring sales, delivery and target achievement;
• Making sure that the planned sales target is met monthly, quarterly and yearly
• Promote Product and give presentation to Client whenever necessary; Prepare Weekly Action plan and track owned performance and act necessary
• Promoting the organization and products
• Find Sales Leads with no excuse of situation
• Work with internal delivery team to make sure that the goods are well arranged and deliver to destination successfully
• Maintain Client relation by providing the best Customer Service to Customer before/during/after the Sales
• Conduct Market Research on Competitor Products
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
