Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Experience with managing online store.
- Proficient in basic Ecommerce admin panel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the ecommerce landscape and current trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with potential partners and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a collaborative spirit.
Job Descriptions
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify and research potential new partners and customers, focusing on relevant industries and markets.
- Initiate contact and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Manage and nurture existing customers relationships to drive ongoing growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
- Prepare and deliver presentations together with BDM to Business Unit Head.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress regularly.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new business initiatives.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
