Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or telemedicine sector.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Ability to use Meta ads efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of traditional marketing techniques, including print advertising, event marketing, etc. is a plus.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Designing skills are an added advantage. Skills to use design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.

Job Descriptions

  • Developing and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Create engaging and targeted content for online platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Managing social media platforms, including content creation, planning content calendar, posting schedules, engagement, comment reply and community management.
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including the website and social media profiles, ensuring consistency and relevance.
  • Planning and execution of marketing campaigns, and performance analysis.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, audience preferences, and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the telemedicine and healthcare industry.
  • Collaborate with other departments, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Preparation of regular reports and presentations on digital marketing performance, trends, and insights.
  • Other duties if required.

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays : Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
