Job Requirements
- Currently working as a Chef De Partie position or minimum 2 years working as Demi Chef De Partie position.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high volume.
- Working knowledge of kitchen sanitation and food safety practices
- Give attention and make sure all the food are as per the standard at all time.
- Prepare food items according to specified recipes, standards, and presentation.
- Make sure the cleanliness standards in the food storage area and kitchen.
- Able to work effectively under pressure.
- Must have positive and professional attitude.
Working Hours:9:00AM- 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Gazette Holiday
