The key responsibilities that the Engineer of Mechanical will be entrusted with are
Strong knowledge of factory management and production system on furniture, plastic, cement, etc.
Demonstrated ability to gain co-workers’ respect while motivating production workers and supervisors.
Hands-on knowledge of efficient production scheduling, Maintaining, and controlling.
Proven ability in developing standards, managing processes, inventory control, reporting, analyzing information, equipment maintenance, and good judgment.
Skills
Strong organizational, supervisory, and team-building skills.
Have good communication, managing, organizing, negotiation, Collaboration, and problem-solving skill.
Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure.
Good communication in English.
Skillful in the use of computer software and Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook,.
Strong knowledge of Factory Safety procedures.
Experience and Qualification
Experience: At least (5) years of progressive experience as Manufacturing/Production in Furniture Industrial Fields.
BE (Mechanical) or Electrical, and other relevant certificates.
Comfortable & traveling upon work requested.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
