Job Requirements
• Any Bachelor’s degree. Prefer digital marketing certificate or marketing management.
• Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Email, PDF & Photo Design).
• A minimum of (2) years’ experience in the travel & tour industry and must have (2) years’ experience in marketing field.
• Must have a knowledge about travel and tour industry (Tour, Ticketing, Visa).
• Good coordination with team members and other departments.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, persuasive and goal oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure.
Job Descriptions
• Schedule daily and weekly routes.
• Supervise workloads, schedule, tasks and other related functions.
• Build internal and external customer relationships
• Draw marketing plan with marketing team.
• Leaded and controlled to marketing team.
• Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services.
• Develop pricing strategies, balancing from objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Initiate market research studies and analyze their finding.
• Use marketing strategic planning to ensure the analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
• Lead the development of the social media presence.
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday(half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
