Job Requirements
• 4 years of experience in the digital marketing with a focus on social media management and content creation. (More prefer telecommunication industry)
• Bachelor’s degree from recognized university, preferably in Marketing Communications or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices
• Excellent copy-writing and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Proven ability to build and engage online communities
• Proficient in Microsoft office, excel and power point
• Able to understand and communicate in English
• Excellent in working with teams and cross functional department with positive attitude
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation*
Job Descriptions
• Prepare and execute comprehensive media plans to enhance brand visibility and reach
• Develop monthly social media calendars with engaging content and strategic campaigns
• Create compelling and persuasive copy for social media platforms and other marketing channels
• Generate regular reports on social media performance, analyze key metric and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective promotion and giveaway plans
• Drive the development and growth of fan communities and engage with followers
• Work closely with designers to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content
• Willingness to work in a team and support for team members or supervisors with other duties as assigned
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
