Job Requirements

  • Experience 2+ years in Document Operations, Paralegal work, or Merchant Onboarding within the Fintech/Payments sector.
  • Ability to spot a 1-character typo in a tax ID or an expired date on a passport before it causes a gateway rejection.
  • Expert in Document Management Systems (DMS), secure cloud storage (G-Suite/OneDrive), and PDF optimization tools.
  • Strong professional English for corresponding with international payment gateway support teams.
  • Familiarity with KYB (Know Your Business) requirements across different regions (e.g., India, SE Asia).
  • Experience managing documentation for multiple related corporate entities simultaneously.
  • Background in handling high-risk merchant categories or complex fund settlement flows.

Job Descriptions

  • Proactively collect and refresh core corporate documents: Certificates of Incorporation,
  • MoA/AoA, Director IDs (KYC), and proof of address.
  • Coordinate with team leads to gather financial statements, utility bills, and merchant
  • processing histories required for gateway applications.
  • Maintain a “Ready-to-Submit” master file for all active companies (e.g., Payallle,
  • Shravanio).
  • Maintain a high-security digital archive with strict version control (ensure we never
  • submit an expired license).
  • Organize records by entity and jurisdiction to support rapid due diligence for new
  • projects or audits.
  • Ensure all “B Factory” and “Pythang” settlement records are archived for regulatory trailtracking.
  • Act as the central hub for distributing approved documents to internal stakeholders
  • (Finance, Legal, Ops) and external partners.
  • Manage access permissions to ensure sensitive UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) data is
  • only shared via secure, encrypted channels.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new payment gateways: filling out applications and
  • uploading precise document sets.
  • Monitor submission statuses and act as the primary point of contact for gateway
  • compliance officers to resolve “Return for Correction” or “Pending” flags.
  • Track account health and proactively submit updated documents (e.g., renewed trade
  • licenses) to prevent account freezes.

Working Hours: 10:00AM to 5:30PM
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
