Job Requirements
- Education: B.E / B.Tech / A.G.T.I (Civil)
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the construction field as a QS Engineer.
- Software Skills: Must be proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (especially MS Excel).
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
Job Description
- Prepare and manage project operating budgets.
- Plan and prepare cash flow forecasts for project budgets.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and take off measurements and quantities from engineering drawings.
- Coordinate with project coordinators, sub-contractors, and internal teams.
- Liaise and coordinate effectively with the client’s team and consultants.
Working Hour : 8:30A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holiday
