Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 2 years experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Experience in creating and editing short videos, with knowledge of video editing techniques and best practices.
- Experience in maintaining and servicing printers, with knowledge of printer troubleshooting and Maintenance procedures.
Technology Skills
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors or IT support for printer repairs and technical issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Descriptions
- Design and create visually captivating graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, worksheets, and activity books.
- Edit and enhance short videos to create engaging and educational content for our online platforms.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure that your designs align with the educational content and enhance the learning experience
- Maintain and service school printers, including regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with vendors or IT support.
- Monitor printer supplies, such as ink and paper, and ensure their availability to avoid disruptions in printing operations.
- Collaborate with the IT team to address any technical issues related to printing and provide necessary support to staff members using the printers.
- Print weekly worksheets and collaborate with third party vendors for printing purposes.
- Maintain a library of design assets, including graphics, templates, and fonts, to streamline the design process.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half) & Sunday, Public Holidays.
