Job Requirements

  • Any graduated. Preferably advance education in HR/Admin field.
  • Good, recommended computer skills are required.
  • Advance level English Language proficiency is a must.
  • Excellent service mindset, good self-management skills, interpersonal skills, detailing skills, and time management skills are highly demanded.
  • Able to work with various teams within organization and stakeholders.

 

Job Descriptions

  • Report to Director.
  • Handling and monitoring daily attendance records, leave balance of the employees, calculating attendance using HR software.
  • Managing record keeping Employee Profiles, Employment Contract (EC) and departmental documents.
  • Strong knowledge of Labor Laws, SSB, Income Tax and Immigration Affairs.
  • Experiences on training arrangement also.
  • Monitoring all Administrative issues such as stationery and equipment purchasing, vehicle and general maintenance process, car license, insurance, petty cash and so on.
  • Cooperate with the branch office to support HR/Admin functions.
  • Lead the HR/Admin team in fulfilling the organization’s needs assigned by Director.

 

Working Hours: 8:00AM to 4:30PM

Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday, & Public Holidays
