Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Duties:
- Assist in recruitment: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records, both digital and physical.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Track attendance and leave records.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training.
- Help in drafting HR policies, letters, and memos.
- Support compliance with labor laws and internal HR procedures.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor greetings.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office events.
- Maintain filing systems and document control.
- Support travel and accommodation arrangements for staff.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Assist in ensuring a tidy and well-organized office environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or admin roles (internships included).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of labor laws is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based; occasional visits to project sites may be required.
- Collaborative and creative work environment in a design-centric company.
Working Hours: 9:00 Am to 5:00 PM
