Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
  • Experience in human resources or related field.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Experience in educating and coaching staff.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
  • Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
  • Ability to give presentations.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Job Descriptions

  • Manage employee’s compensation and benefits packages according to company policies. Implement performance review procedures.
  • Develop fair HC policies and ensure employees understand and comply
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques. Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement
  • Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees Prepare monthly payroll by ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information •Issue office letters to selected candidates or employees such as offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, promotion letter, dismissal letter and warning letter, etc.
  • Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees’ attendance / absenteeism and report to HC Manager
  • Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employees
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee’s termination of employment
  • Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management’s approval
  • Monitor HR department’s budget and overall quality system
  • Perform required reports to Labour Offices and to be standby when inspections or visitation by
  • Government Offices.
  • Arrange air tickets & hotel booking for management business travels
  • Review current HR related technologies and recommend more effective software
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Understand and execute staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments
  • To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

 

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate) & Sunday, Public Holidays
Benefits: Ferry & Uniform will be provided
