Job Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree holder.
- Minimum 1 to 2 Years’ experience of end user’s helpdesk support experiences.
- Well experience with Hardware, Windows OS, MS office are mandatory requirements.
- Retail POS system (Android/PC) and stores’ support experiences are preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills, approachable and flexible.
- Ability to work independently and as well as collaborate with a team.
- Preferred basic business communication level of English language.
Job Descriptions
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and MS office, POS application
- Maintain & Troubleshoot hardware, basic network, CCTV and MS office, POS application.
- Technical support to the office users and stores users.
- Able to perform on-site and remote technical support.
- Required to conduct a root cause analysis of the system issues to look for permanent solution and make ensure to avoid recurrence.
- Other tasks assigned by the IT Manager are needed.
- Perform tests on new hardware and software for both Web Service and Android App.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
