Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience working with the Core Banking platform or similar financial technology systems.
- Proven experience in system administration, troubleshooting, and customization.
- Experience in training and supporting users on technical platforms.
- Knowledge of financial services and mobile banking systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the Core Banking platform and its components (e.g., loan and savings modules, mobile banking integration).
- Proficient in system configuration and customization tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with financial reports and data analytics.
- Proficient in database management.
- Basic understanding of server management and system security.
- Knowledge of mobile banking technologies is a plus.
Job Descriptions
- System Administration:
- Administer and manage the Core Banking platform to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Perform regular system updates, security patches, and backups.
- Provide support for system upgrades and new feature implementations.
- User Support and Training:
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems promptly.
- Offer training to staff and users on how to effectively use the Core Banking platform.
- Develop user guides and documentation for internal training purposes.
- System Configuration and Customization:
- Configure and customize the Core Banking platform to meet the needs of the organization.
- Work with business analysts and other departments to translate business requirements into system specifications.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Ensure data integrity by overseeing data migration, importing, and exporting processes.
- Develop and run reports to track system performance, user engagement, and business operations.
- Analyze data to provide insights into how the system can be optimized.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve any technical issues or user concerns related to the Core Banking platform.
- Act as a liaison between the company and Core Banking’s technical support team for issue resolution.
- Collaboration and Documentation:
- Collaborate with other departments such as finance, operations, and IT to ensure system alignment with business goals.
- Document system configurations, changes, and processes for future reference and auditing purposes.
Working Hours: 8:30AM ~ 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
