Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred A+software.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, Network and Server.
  • Setting up and configuring laptops, desktops and printers, troubleshooting and support
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

 

Working Hours: 8:15 to 4:45 PM

Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday, Public Holidays
