Job Description

Fully participate in all aspects of the organizational (Marketing and Commercial) improvement.
Conduct & analyses market research to determine commodity trends, competitor’s services.,etc. (as required)
To initiate inbound/outbound marketing activities that can attract customers, and continually refine processes to convert customers.
To monitor the effectiveness of the marketing department’s activities, analyze data, detect opportunities, and report results
Must have excellent performance skills and other duties/responsibilities as required.
An ability to multitask, prioritize work and perform under tight deadlines

Qualifications

Any degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience managing teams and 2-4 years of related experience.
Proficiency in English is a must. (Mandatory Business English level or above)
Proficiency in strategy, marketing and sales improving.
Knowledge of Digital, Email and Microsoft Office: Power Point, Excel, Word, etc
Proven ability to work well across departments and different international offices.
Strong organizer of Positivity, strategic thinking , analysis skills, Conflict resolution, Time management, Reliability , Responsibility, Delegation
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to make informed decisions.
Experience in Liner (Compliance’s Liner) is highly valued or any equivalent of Carriers (Main Line Operator).

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
