Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineer
- Proven 2 year’s experience in designing and coordinating MEP systems for construction projects.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and engineering calculation software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and industry standards related to MEP systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and energy-efficient MEP solutions(preferred).
Job Description
- Designing MEP systems, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical distribution, lighting, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Collaborating with architects and other engineers to integrate MEP systems into overall building designs.
- Conducting site visits to assess existing conditions and coordinate MEP installations.
- Reviewing and approving MEP shop drawings and submittals.
- Performing calculations and simulations to ensure MEP systems meet performance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Providing technical support during construction and resolving MEP-related issues as they arise.
- Conducting commissioning and testing of MEP systems.
- Staying updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations related to MEP systems.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays Off
