Job Requirements
- Medical related bachelor’s degree
- Have at least 2 to 3 years of working experiences as a product specialist, a therapist in Aesthetics clinic, application specialist etc.
- Good communication in both oral and written English language.
- Need to have basic computer skills but also be able to use online communication tools and channels.
- Able to work individually while being a good team player
- Should be a self-directed and motivated person
- Need to travel frequently
Job Description
- The product specialist should be able to learn in a fast pace a product/device specification/attributes etc. with comprehensive understanding to offer tailored value proposition to clients.
- Always to catch up with updated trends, research articles in Aesthetics market.
- Must be familiar with modalities, devices in Aesthetics industry and is competent in manual treatment techniques for effective results.
- To master knowledge of Aesthetics product portfolio to well communicate customers by combining clinical knowledge and technologies
- Support clients throughout the customer journey.
- Proactively plan and participate in CME programs, organize workshops, execute online and offline events, campaigns etc.
- Devices installation and give proper hands-on training to customers
- Assist Business Development Team in order to achieve the company goals
- Rapport building with the KOLs in the market
- Make monthly Plan, implement and then checking the results
- Achieve the targets and meet the proposed tasks before the deadline
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
