- Any graduated. Diploma in sales & marketing management.
- Preferred Qualification
- Minimum 3 years experiences in Real Estate Field.
- Skill and Knowledge – Selling skill and advertising skill.
- Other-Must have good communication, relation skill, customer services and negotiation skill.
- Sales Target / prepared way plan / prepared sales contract / terms & condition / commission plan.
- Sales & marketing Budget preparation
- Customer Care / Complain handling
- Event Organization / Handle Brand Marketing
Job Description
- Perform to sot sales strategy & marketing Strategy.
- Plan and implement for brand – building.
- Able to perform to sales target.
- Negotiating Sales contract, terms and conditions with customers.
- Research market for selling company’s product 8 services.
- Draw the marketing plan and take action plan by weekly, monthly / Yearly.
- Good perform in solving customer complaints and negotiation.
- Plan and implement innovative campaigns, organizing customer meets/ events, exhibition, media planning.
- Competitor analysis.
- Find new customer & project for company products and service to set Sales target.
Working Hours: 8:30 A.M to 4:30 P.M.
Holidays: Saturday (Half) , Sunday and Public Holidays
