Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relavent field. A medical background or qualification is an
advantage but not mandatory. - Proven track record of success in related field. Prior experience in selling medical devices,
pharmaceuticals, or healthcare services is highly desirable. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex
medical concepts in a clear and concise manner. - Outstanding relationship-building skills to establish rapport with healthcare professionals
and key decision-makers. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer needs effectively.
- Comfortable using computer and MS Office is a must.
- Must be able to travel frequently within the assigned territory or region.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within a designated territory.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s medical products, their features, benefits,
and competitive advantages. Be able to effectively communicate this information to
potential customers. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including
physicians, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use this
information to identify opportunities and devise strategies to stay ahead in the market. - Conduct compelling and informative product presentations to potential clients, highlighting
the value and impact of the medical products on patient care.
Working Hours : 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays : Sunday & Public Holidays
