Job Requirement
- Any Graduate.
- A minimum of (3) three years of account management and/or customer
service experience preferred. - Extensive knowledge of all territories in a shop region or market.
- Previous Territory/Route Sales experience preferred
Customer development & management skills. - Results Driven (results based on specific officlency and productivity Key
Porformance Indicators ( KPls ) within predefined time frames). - BA degree & Computer Literacy (Windows applications).
- Work with diverse groups of people to help them reach their full potential.
- Understanding of the Timeshare industry.
- Ability to manage groups and individuals providing daily feedback to staff.
Working Hour: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday: 1 day per Week
