Job Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree with a certificate in Professional secretary course will be a plus.
  • Age above 35 years old.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize.
  • Professional level of English in both written and communication.
  • Strong in negotiation and communication.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Must be multi-task oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, ppt, etc.).

Job Descriptions

  • Making domestic and overseas travel arrangement for CEO’s.
  • Arrange & prepare for visa & passport matter until complete.
  • Applying necessary documents to governments services if necessary.
  • Record meeting minutes for CEO’s and follow up on the task assigned by CEO’s to the direct reports as a result from the meeting.
  • Check & prepare necessary documents for CEO’s trip.
  • Provide general administrative duties of CEO’s.
  • Manage and prioritize schedule of the executives, organize meeting calendar, booking of meeting rooms for CEO’s.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to CEO.
  • Maintain confidential information and the documents.
  • Records & files systematically & maintains safely all the documents related with CEO ‘s office.
  • Report to management as per importance of priority & also as per deadline.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
