Key Responsibilities

To schedule and arrange for all shipments in advance.
To try to get license, booking, empty container, vessel, port, labor, trucks and prepare required documents for custom clearance
To confirm the shipping line and booking within the time period specified in the contract
To schedule local transport for the shipment in accordance with the timeframe
To plan for Ready Cargo (RC) Transportation
To contact the Inspection Team (Third Party) and take necessary action.
To liaise with container car gates for container handling issues
To know the daily production situation by contacting the production managers / supervisors of all the company-owned rice mills and Nawali rice mills.
To applying for export license / permit, delegate as a representative reliable agent and facilitate export.

Required Skills & Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5-years of working experience in logistics and supply chain management
Strong knowledge and experience in normal and border export/import operations.
Strong understanding of all department’s operations.
Well-spoken, polite communication and strong negotiation skills.
Able to work independently, strong problem – solving skills, technical management skills, active and decisive person.
Demonstrated experience in liaising with third party contractors, business partners and local communities.
Good communication skills in English and Burmese.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
