Job Requirements
- Graduated with A.G.T.I / BE (Civil)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in building construction field
- Able to travel anywhere and willing to stay on-site/project as required
- Good Teamwork and able to work under pressure
- Must be fluent in English Language (Intermediate level)
- Must have good presentation skill, problem solving and Effective Communication skill
Job Requirements
- Must have experience in Construction Field
- Must be understand the basic concepts and functions of construction site
- Able to communicate and handle suppliers, subcon and workers efficiently.
- Able to arrange material in time and control material on site to minimize wastage
- Must have site supervision skill and familiar with finishing work such as floor topping, painting,
door & window installation, parquet installation, tiling, ceiling installation, etc - Able to work overtime if require depend on site condition
- Supervise site progress of the project team as per project schedule to meet deadline
- Familiar with construction sequence and construction schedule
- Daily report to General Manager
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holidays
